Using the contact form below fill out the requested information completely. Within 48 hours of sign-up we will add you to our database and issue you a unique ID number, along with the URL of your new affiliate web page.
Your affiliate web page will contain a list of our products and services, along with a Product Inquiry form so that your referral can request additional info about a product or service. You can post your affiliate link on your websites, blogs, and social networking sites. Anytime someone visits your affiliate page and makes a purchase or requests additional information about a product or service and later makes a purchase, you will be paid according to the commission schedule listed below. It's just that simple!

We prefer that you set up a PayPal account so that your funds can be made payable immediately (usually within 48 hours) after any purchase is made. If you request payment to be made by check, checks will be issued within 30 days after the end of the month in which your earnings have reached a minimum of $100.* (*There will be a $10 processing fee for paper checks).
